Order Office Supplies With TeamBase

We don't currently offer an online ordering facility. This is because from experience we still find many customers wish to discuss the products they order to make sure they get the right product first time. And some of us still like to talk!

You can call us, fax us or email us with your order. We are happy to discuss your requirements and our expert team will guide you to the right products to suit your needs and budget.

We have two main pieces of literature as follows:

  • TeamBase - our 1000 page main catalogue that runs from January to December each year and contains almost 20,000 products.

  • Paper and Envelopes - our standard stock price list for the most common items in this range (for deliveries made in our own vans only).

    A digital version of our main catalogue is available at Please note, the prices shown in our main catalogue and on the digital web version are all manufacturers list prices and not the price you will pay. All prices are subject to discount, please contact us for your price.

All of our literature is available free of charge

If you would like to check a price, availability or place an order then please either call, fax or send us an email and we will respond straight away.

If there are items you order on a regular basis we can set up specific pricing for you, and if there are items where availability is critical to your business then we may be able to hold them in stock for you.

Since we are a commercial stationer, most of our customers take advantage of monthly credit facilities. Our standard payment terms are net monthly, payment being due at the end of the month following the month of invoice. We accept payment by cheque or by bank transfer but do not currently accept credit card payments. We are also happy to deal with customers on a COD basis.
